The platform consists in two modules:

1.Intelligent product safety data driven tool

This tool allows to capture product safety data from different sources as claims, complaints, repairs, product incidents, insurance claims, YouTube ... by coding and recording it, analyzing and providing meaningful product safety information in order to detect safety trends and to improve your knowledge and expertise reducing your product risks and prevent a product recall in the future.

It gives more than 40 different OUTPUTS as pattern of default, defect identification, use and misuse detection(how consumers use your product), Unintended user detection (which consumers use your product), Scenarios’ identification, Injury pathway and injury severity among others.
These types of information detect, highlight and provide early notice of safety issues that may become widespread in the future.
Customizable dashboard with company´s product safety key indicators will be available.

2. Product Safety Risk assessment tool

This easy to use module allows you to determine the level of risk of your products according to the RAPEX methodology and qualitative methodology.

Once analyst starts a new risk assessment to the system leads him/her through consecutive stages to the end.

A report with the risk assessment is storaged in your library.

A relevant result of implementing the tool is that all personnel in charge of product safety in the company will use same criteria and same methodology to codify the safety information and conducting their own product risk assessments.
